From Tilopa, Naropa received the lineage of tantric teachings called the Four
Special Transmissions.
Both Tilopa and Naropa are some of the greatest panditas, scholars, and siddhas,
accomplished saints, of Nalanda, the famous Buddhist university of ancient India.
